November 12, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) Pennsylvania Secretary of the Commonwealth Kathy Boockvar lacked statutory authority to direct state election officials to count mail-in ballots even if they did not receive proof of identification by November 9, President Judge Mary Hannah Leavitt of Pennsylvania ruled Thursday in a victory for the Trump campaigns legal campaign to prevent the state from being certified for Democrat nominee Joe Biden.
The U.S. Supreme Court ruled before the election that election officials in Pennsylvania (as well as North Carolina) could accept absentee ballots for up to three days after the election, though the court also ruled several days later that all ballots that would arrive beyond the legal deadline be segregated and counted separately, in response to a lawsuit by state Republicans to stop a last-minute rule change by Boockvar that allowed the ballots to be counted and co-mingled with ballots that had arrived on time.
But on Thursday, Leavitt ruled that the Secretary of the Commonwealth lacked statutory authority to issue the November 1, 2020, guidance to Respondents County Boards of Elections insofar as that guidance purported to change the deadline [...] for certain electors to verify proof of identification.

“so this wont affect the outcome in any way.”
thanks for the news negative nancy
Woo! Hoo!
Cheers, my friend! :)
They were. That ruling on Sat was the 2nd time it was addressed. On the 28th of October The Pa lady I don’t know her name she told the court she would separate all the votes that came in after election day at 8pm she did not instead on the 1st she violated what she said they would do and told some counties not all to canvass and count them. So looks like the only remedy is to throw out anything from the 4th in my opinion.
Clicks? I don't know. Math is math. None of these votes had been included in the count in the first place and the number is small.
Of course, it’s the only reason a “judge” would rule for Trump. Now they Ppear impartial.
Using different counting procedures in different counties is a violation of the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment.
In looking at this naysayers are people I have t seeN On FR beFore?
recognizing that culture change must
extend to our online lives.
So very Chinese of Biden....
Bkmk
In Bush v Gore that was one of the reasons Gore lost they were counting votes differently.
Whats the number? All the votes they were counting from Wed through Saturday were not just votes in by November 3rd at 8pm.
Because they’re not very bright?
This is a moral victory, but an empty one.
Beginning to look like less than half measures so they can say they did their work.
(1) Not everyone who posts is correct. Those that you replied to might be right, or they might be walking crap factories whose sole purpose is to demoralize; or, (2) Maybe they're "cat people", who usually tend to be miserable and inspire others to thoughts of suicide.
B-I-N-G-O.
That is what they say, but how do we know that it is a small number? With no independent observers present, what proof is there that all of those late ballots were segregated? None! And reportedly they threw away the envelopes and outer shells of all the ballots.
There are 10,000 ballots that were received in PA after November 3. They were segregated and none of them were included in the totals. Biden is leading by 50,000 votes in PA - so it doesn't matter either way.
I googled that and that seems to be a story out of MI - what does that have to do with PA?
So then what's the remedy?
