Excellent thanks for the update
If Biden does become President, will he fire all of these judges?
idk...interesting question.
Cannot.
They are LIFETIME APPOINTMENTS.
See Constitution....................
These judges, often referred to as Article III judges, are nominated by the president and confirmed by the U.S. Senate. ... Article III judges can be removed from office only through impeachment by the House of Representatives and conviction by the Senate.
yep...just found the info
He can’t fire judges that are confirmed...has no such power.
Hey Mr. Mitch, you need to speed it up a bit. There are more on the list.
Biden can’t fire judges. Impeachment and conviction by congress is the way to “fire” a judge.
Been distracted, getting ready for winter.
But not a "dark winter"...
Thank you for answering my foolish question with regard to firing judges.
Has the President nominated a replacement for Justice Barrett?
In other words, a Democrat [Alcee Hastings]
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alcee_Hastings
Once a corrupt Article III Federal judge [till 1989], now a corrupt Democrat politician [20th District of Florida], re-elected over and over by his mouth-breathing Nuffin constituents - for 28 straight years...
Stickin it to The Man!
Dont know but it should be done asap
Nice going Mitch, but faster, faster.... get ‘em all on the bench asap.
They care about the Constitution now? Asking for a friend...
Keep 'em coming, Mitch! Don't give Plugs a single vacancy if he takes office.
It really helped that among many other things the Big O was a lazy bastard and handed Trump a bunch of vacancies.
Who is she?
Very nice looking...
