These judges, often referred to as “Article III judges,” are nominated by the president and confirmed by the U.S. Senate. ... Article III judges can be removed from office only through impeachment by the House of Representatives and conviction by the Senate.

Biden can’t fire judges. Impeachment and conviction by congress is the way to “fire” a judge.

And you have to be a REAL POS to be impeached and removed by CONgrift [both House & Senate].

In other words, a Democrat [Alcee Hastings]

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alcee_Hastings

Once a corrupt Article III Federal judge [till 1989], now a corrupt Democrat politician [20th District of Florida], re-elected over and over by his mouth-breathing Nuffin constituents - for 28 straight years...

Stickin it to The Man!

Judges, not Justices.

Keep 'em coming, Mitch! Don't give Plugs a single vacancy if he takes office.

It really helped that among many other things the Big O was a lazy bastard and handed Trump a bunch of vacancies.
