Has the President nominated a replacement for Justice Barrett?
Dont know but it should be done asap
We have current two open positions at the circuit level and one future opening to fill for 11/30

None of these has an official nominee yet but I read that if nominations are made in the next week or two Mitch says he can get them confirmed before January 19th.
A nomination has been announced on October 21, 2020 for the 7th Circuit:
Thomas L. Kirsch II, of Indiana, to serve as Circuit Judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, but this nomination has not been formally presented yet and is not listed on US Courts.gov
