How many are dying or dead? That is the only important indicator. Most hospitals in this area are filling to the capacity that they trimmed down to when this farce started and the governor is putting out funds so that they can staff up to pre-stupidity levels.

Later in November they’ll begin updating hospitalization numbers weekly as they do every year. Iowa is currently at the high end of moderate flu activity and it’s picking up quickly there. Several other states are in the low category and beginning to rise as well.
The 2019-2020 flu season started earlier than normal. You need to look back at the previous 5 years to see a more normal distribution of when flu cases pick back up. In the summer time, Influenza cases drop to the single digits for the entire country as a whole. The people saying there’s no flu because of COVID are either ignorant or manipulating you. People wearing masks and social distancing MAY blunt the flu season this year, but the numbers we’ve seen so far are all perfectly normal. Flu is being tested for and it’s being found, just like every other year.

They predicted 350k dead in the United States but the vast majority being elderly who would have died anyway. It was spot on. This virus is a heat seeking missile to the elderly and infirm. Nature’s way of cleaning out the ecosystem sad to say. Most of the dead would have died anyway within 12 months from what they were inflicted with.
What about my brother's coworker who caught COVID? I suppose it is natural for a healthy, reasonably young man to feel exhausted and run down for two months straight, too? I am a healthy 30 year old, so I probably wouldn't die from it if I did get it, but neither am I buying the story that it would just be a case of the sniffles for me. Especially when the people pushing that narrative seem to be mostly businessmen with no medical knowledge but a considerable vested interest in getting Americans to consume like it's 2019 again. These are likely the same businessmen who hire illegals over Americans and proclaimed themselves "masters of the universe" while America's economy crashed and burned.

The real epidemic of these times is metabolic syndrome (diabetes) — which the health associations are working overtime to promote by recommending people do exactly what produces that condition in people — and those are the unfortunate people most susceptible to ALL infections.
That was my first response when I saw the media publish photos of people they described as “perfectly healthy” people, who were obvious to me, in a diabetic condition. Then the media early on decided not to publish any photos or divulge any specific information on the health condition of those who were dying — which of course, fans the hysteria — as though it is a purely random occurrence that even the healthiest people are EQUALLY vulnerable to — just like the people out at 4am “just minding their own business, taking their daily stroll.”
The media prides itself on its ability to convince us of what is not true — as proof of why we should be hiring them. In the old days, it was immediately recognized as the shenanigans of “Madison Avenue” — to get us to buy into anything.

I understand if you wear the super duper N95 mask, it works okay. Except no one can breathe while even walking in one.

My new $45 smartwatch monitors O2 day and night (assuming I wear the watch to sleep, obviously). Useful to check for sleep apnea as well. Also does a basic EKG which is analyzed on the companion Android app. Some prefer to buy more expensive name-brand watches but they end up with less functionality.

I’m not counting Trump out. IMO The democrats expect their election steal will succeed thus they are staging a national shutdown in order to cripple Trumps economic successes and to appease China and their NWO overlords. They want Capitalism and our Constitution dead!
