Maybe the guy really had no clue as to how to do that and so stepped down to avoid embarrassment and seen as a fraud himself.
If Barr were doing his job this prick would have quit a few years ago. Instead of the DOJ defending elections they were busy making sure the crooks in the FBI paid no price for their crimes and making sure they didn’t look political. Completely worthless.
He should have quit 12 years ago.

for the record the guy was a swamp creature he worked with luis Lernor in the iris scam against Republicans..He was also promoted to this position by Obama in 2010. This is a good thing that means bar is going in a good direction.
