Yes he can. He DOES NOT SAY that he will withhold certification in the absence of an audit. He simply asks the Governor for an audit like the RINO weasel he is.
He is requesting the audit, not requiring it. He is not specifying how the audit will take place or who will do it.

It’s true I don’t know much about them, but from what I read it looks like they’ll do their duty and honor their oath (or at least follow the Constitution).
Mark Levin advised senior PA State Senator, who called into his radio show, how to nullify their State Supreme Court Rulings. Basically told her what the US Constitution says that election of federal officers is the sole purview of the state’s legislative body and as such, all that had to do was to pass a proclamation reaffirming the state law. They are not subject to the Governor of the state court.
But they chow to fight it in court and of course they lost to the same state supreme court. Had they chose the proper method, then they could have appealed to the Fed courts.
the ruling from the USSC was that if they breached ONE part of the order they breached ALL of the order, therefore all the ballots are invalid. 8pm doesn’t matter.
That’s how I interpret it.
They should have impeached the lot of them when they redistricted. And the Governor and his cronies too.

We actually have quite a long period of time - at least a month before the safe harbor day on December 8 and then another week until December 14 the date of the electors vote
We are going to be dependent on not only Trump supporting whistleblowers but insider Democrats who performed all this fraud who are willing to step up and testify as well
The media is going to try to squash this and it needs to be dramatic and overwhelming such that they cannot ignore it
Assuming that the courts do eventually rule in our favor we need to make sure the public understands that this is not the court stealing the election this is the courts UNstealing the election!

I voted at my polling place in town. We did not show ID (which I would have gladly done if asked) but had to sign the book. All went smoothly and, yes, our county went for Trump. I’m happy that all of our Republican candidates won in our district.
I would think that the the state Republican Lesgislature would select the auditors.
