They were ordered to do that by Alito, but after already counting for a day or 2
How can they prove delivery by 8pm?
Yes!
This is EXACTLY the right path!
In fact ALL 50 STATES should be ready today to AUDIT their returns and report that to the media.
I would encourage the Federal Government to AUDIT the federal portion of each and every return!
It is a big job but needs desperately to be done.
and it might give some spine to Legislatures in other states
Thank God the PA state legislature is Republican still.
that is the Equal Protection argument that SCOTUS will end up hearing, in addition to the Article I argument
Good question. If they can’t, they’re out of luck.
Pennsylvania Ping!
Please ping me with articles of interest.
FReepmail me to be added to the list.
BOOOOM!
Another step that needs to be taken. Of course, the media is not reporting it.
Yep, we will never know how many Trump votes got trashed. Hundreds of thousands maybe more.
I read the same thing as you did. I was unaware the House certifies. I thought it was the SoS.
Bttt
I’m just asking because I’m curious, I checked and PA’s government website extensions is .gov The article references http://www.pahousegop.com/. Is this legit?
EXCELLENT!!!
I hear you but I think a full audit could be very valuable in exposing the rampant fraud there.
Um...from what I understand the title is patently false.
Sec. of State certifies election; the PA House has no involvement, save for an Article II intervention (which at this point is a strong possibility). As Cutler points out, it was Wolf who opposed legislation to fix the PA issues, but it was PA’s elected officials whose lack of cajones precipitated this crisis by failing to act sooner.
Furthermore, he merely “requests” an audit. Cutler’s such a girl (you get my meaning).
Before SCOTUS intervened in 2000, the FL legislature was postured to move on its own; Cutler presents no such threat.
Unfortunately, I view this letter as no more effective than jumping up & down really mad...a bit of a hypocrisy given that he’s been part of the problem.
Wolf will never preside over an audit unless compelled to do so.
This, in contrast, merits analysis.

Cutler really slapped the PA Supreme Court in this letter. The traitors to the constitution that sit on that court need to go, one way or another.
Yes, 100% legit.
The GOP operates an independent web site. All of the GOP General Assembly members have access. Some also operate their own domains.
