Giuliani tells Maria Bartiromo this morning that as many as 900,000 invalid ballots were cast in Pennsylvania, and that the Trump campaign will reveal the full slate of evidence in court.

Yesterday Sydney Powell was saying 450,000 invalid votes. Today it’s 900,000. Tomorrow will it be 1.8 million?

Detroit election training session was on video (v0ice) and the trainer was telling the people to throw away provisional votes. Provisional votes are to go into special envelopes and the ballots are color coded like a red or yellow sticky. They are to be certified, validated before adding to any count. This trainer was telling trainers to throw them away.
No, except to observe. He's part of the general staff. The Trump legal team has good, younger, sharper, aggressive trial attorneys to do that. Attorneys who practice in this districts and appear in federal court all the time. Rudy doesn't do that.
The best trial attorneys are fit and have the attention of a trained athlete. They can sit in court for hours focused on the details of what is going on while staying focused on their trial strategy. Great attorneys are few, but for the right case worth the cost.
The media and the left are working hard to shut down any talk of fraud. Just like some Liberal Professor has now come out and said the words “legal votes” is a racist. So here we go, they get to define what the definition is of a legal vote.
Our party is know for knowing things that are wrong, stating them, stomping their feet, going to sue, investigate and it leads to no where. It fizzles out. Graham is one example of this. Benghazi investigation, IRS Loris Lerner, more examples.
He better have proof and all his ducks lined up because if he's blowing smoke it will completely destroy our credibility and undermine our attempts to combat election fraud for all time.

Legally, every ballot counted while Republican poll watchers were excluded is invalid under Michigan law and the 14th Amendment. That is where 900K comes from.
If the Supreme Court agrees, it will be the last time that ever happens.
Of 1.1 million absentee ballots, I think, based on statistical analysis, at least 200K were fake. But if the whole thing gets thrown out based on the law without sorting through them, great. They won’t get away with it again.

Actually, nobody knows what happened or didn’t happen.
Individual vote counters know what they did.
The poll watchers and scrutineers were sent home.
They cannot confirm to us the count is good.
We must throw out all votes tallied in the dark
But would that really be enough to flip Pennsylvania to President Trump, or would that state's Democrat politicians simply return to more Biden-ballot "counting" activities and once again, somehow magically "discover" another 900,001 Biden-ballots? (Enquiring minds want to know.)

I am not one of the people saying “now now now!”.
I am saying it had better be legit and hard hitting evidence, and no a big “he said she said” court case.
...and yes, time is of the essence.... not because I believe it will save Trump’s 2nd term, but because of what you said. This is a hard swim upstream and all forces involved will try to add to the flood against it. A symbolic court showing in June of 2021 without teeth is not productive.
Al Schimidt, the Republican city commissioner in Philadelphia whose office is responsible for counting votes in the city, calls people saying there was fraud are crazy. Schmidt said critics of his office have been “coming up with all sorts of crazy stuff” about the integrity of the city’s election systems and casting doubt on the impartiality of vote counters.
This is who our party had on our side responsible for counting votes in Philly. We lost. He obviously didn’t know about the GOP lock outs from the voting centers right? How observers were not allowed to watch. The court order from a Judge, refusal of sheriff to invoke that order.
I gotta say, our messaging on all this has been pretty inconsistent and all over the place. And that just gives ammo to the “fraud deniers” (the entire MSM plus all the Ds and most of the R party).
The claims being made have to be CRISP, COMPELLING and IRREFUTABLE. Not hand waving vague and changing day by day if not several times throughout the day.
I know a lot of people laud Trump for being some kind of “4-D chess player”, but sorry - I just haven’t seen that. He also may be a good if not great negotiator, but he’s not that strong in organization and planning - or he sure doesn’t seem to be.
He “should” have been more ready for this than he appears to be. Maybe there’s something we just don’t see going on behind the scenes, but the half-baked response so far doesn’t give me great confidence that our efforts at righting the obvious fraud are going to ultimately be successful. Hope I’m wrong, cuz the MASSIVE fraud is plain as day to anyone that looks at things even the slightest bit objectively..

No no no. Lefties in my family definitely KNOW what happened. They weren’t there but they will be perfectly happy to call you crazy for questioning any election anywhere. All polling places are perfect well-oiled machines, and you have screws loose.
