All fifty states have questionable activities that involve the November 3rd general election, and this includes the voting for all other political offices besides the voting for POTUS.
Unfortunately, this means that the SDNY and NY AG blackmail phase against Trump and his family has started. Ugh.

Under existing law, there is a presumption that unobserved ballots are fraudulent. Access, meaningful access, is guaranteed by law. When the law plus a court order are defied to deny access, the only remedy is to presume the counted votes are illegal (if they cannot be separated out) and therefore null.
In PA, the state ignored a SCOTUS order to keep the disputable ballots separate, as well as ignoring a state court order to allow the meaningful access.
Overstating the case, rather than citing the relevant legal conditions, is counterproductive.
That would be after taking it all the way to the US Supreme Court.
It is quite possible that after that, members of Joe Biden’s “largest election fraud organization in history” will be facing 20-year federal prison terms.
The software was used in 37 Mi counties. It was used in almost every swing state. In the one place it was actually challenged the results were reversed because the software gave the rats 6,000 votes that belonged to the GOP. I have yet to hear anyone on Trump’s team even mention it.

That’s why I wished he hadn’t said that, not to mention some of the accusations of fraud that I have heard about.
Well he would have to concede. But he should never graciously concede. Not in this case. He should absolutely use his final days to tell the American people about every bit of the corruption and treason. And he should explain to the American people just how grim their future is about to become. He should out and right tell the American people that their country is finished on his way out the door. Graciously conceding to people who are so evil would not be a good thing at all. It just gives them power. And it causes good people to bend to evil. In this case there is nothing noble about graciously conceding.
He said, If I lose you will never see me again. I don’t doubt that.
I fully expect the President to use every legal means to challenge this fraudulent election. He will sue. His lawyers will attempt discovery in those suits. He might appeal to Republican state legislators to act to appoint electors where they can.
But those state legislators are not going to go out on a limb unless very solid evidence is presented.
At the end of the day, the President loves this country. He will not voluntarily plunge it into a civil war--even if he knows that he was robbed electorally.
He may move on as someone else on the thread speculated. He may try to become the leader of a political opposition movement.
The more interesting question is this: Can both major parties survive in their present form?
The Democrats are teetering on the brink of splintering. And we know that the GOPe wants to abandon "Trumpism." But those guys are fools because the MAGA voters are not going to be forgiving of RINOs.
Will Trump form a new 3rd Party if he leaves the White House?
