A recount simply recounts ballots already in the system. A re-canvass is a retest of all voting machines in the entire state. For example, in 2004, John Kerry petitioned to have a re-canvass of OH, which he had lost by 118,000. They found one machine awarded Bush 4,000 more votes than it should, hence Bush won OH by 114,000.

I would be very afraid, if I were Donald Trump, what would come after Jan. 3. I would probably leave this country to a non-extradition country. SDNY and the state of NY will hound him, the IRS will be merciless. Would be hard to see how he could have a life here.

1) I can use this for local (GA) politicians, to encourage them to take STRONG MEASURES for the upcoming Jan 5 Senate Runoff races. We have two in GA at present, and
2) Just in case I find a nugget they missed, and
3) I would forever hate myself if I sat on my ever-expanding ass, did nothing, and let America fall to permanent vote fraud.
At the moment, I am exhausted. I was up at 3:00AM EST because I just couldn't sleep, and I had put the pieces together in my REM sleep phase. For now, I'm going to get a nap and let the other freepers do some of the leg work for me. It's a team effort; everything usually is.
I would suggest he take the action of any leader who flees a fascist or totalitarian takeover: Flee the country to said country and set up a shadow government.

Praying team Trump did their homework and anticipated their exact fraud techniques ahead of time, and is able to present the clear evidence to the legislatures. Because you know that’s what the Legislatures will be looking for.

This is the kind of data that a statistics wiz can use to prove fraud in the swing states.
In 2016, the results for NY were:
-- Hillary Clinton: 58.8%
-- Donald Trump: 37.5%
In 2020, the results for NY were:
-- Joe Biden: 55.72%
-- Donald Trump: 42.94%
2016 margin: 21.3 points
2020 margin: 12.78 points
Statistically, it's not likely that NY's democrats voted any differently than Dems from other blue states. So if Trump closed the gap in NEW YORK by 8.5 points, it's nearly impossible (statistically) that he didn't also exceed his 2016 performance in virtually every other state in the country - including the blue states.
Furthermore, the Biden campaign focused heavily on how badly Trump had handled COVID. New York suffered the most COVID deaths. And yet Trump IMPROVED his 2016 votes in New York by 8.5% !!
Logic says that the state hit hardest by COVID would have BLAMED Trump the most, and that he should have done WORSE in NY this year than in 2016
But he did BETTER in NY.
That alone is circumstantial (if not statistical) evidence that the legitimate vote for Trump was a landslide over Biden.
