The president and his team will "spend a period of time challenging what has gone on here in the last few days to ensure that there is transparency in terms of counting the votes," Roberts said. "I’m told that, you know, in addition to the president wanting to see this done, the president is really being supported and being pushed to some degree by his family who want to make sure every legal vote was counted and that no illegal votes were counted."
Roberts stressed that the process could take a number of days, but after that period of time, he was told that if the president "does not see a path to continuing in as the president of the United States, he will graciously concede and work on a peaceful and appropriate transfer of power. Those were the words that were given to me."
First, Trump's legal team plans to file multiple lawsuits on Monday, "claiming that there was not transparency in the vote-counting and that because of that, they do not know if any illegal votes got through," Roberts said.

Not true. The whole electoral process is outside criminal law.
In 1876, the joint commission members were convinced that enough freedmen had been denied their vote that they awarded the electoral votes to Hayes.
This is a case of proving it to the state legislators, who then accept whichever slate of electors they think won fairly.
I’m still watching Fox News, and haven’t heard that yet.
Maybe SCOTUS will rule that way. It won’t be completed by January. What would happen then?
So maybe we need to email WhiteHouse and let Pres know we don’t want him to concede?

The Deep State is trying to exert maximum pressure without violence and to get cabinet members to resign. They want Trump isolated when they get violent.
The problem is that I have never heard of a recount overturning an election where the margin was larger than a few hundred votes. You're talking about thousands of votes in these states.
I am very suspect of posters that bring these type headlines to FR....very suspect of their motives..

I was thinking about what you wrote earlier, about Trump & family being hounded, sued, charged if this doesnt work - I’m sure he knows the risks and they probably already have plans of where to relocate to. I just hope he’s very careful thinking about the location, because 70 million of us will want to follow him. I sure the heck don’t want to stay here in a third world Banana Republic.
