My guess would be that they are given a stack of ballots that someone knows are all pre-filled in for Biden, IOW fraudulent ballots.
That way the workers don’t know who the votes are for.
How many trump voters do you suppose mailed in their ballots late? How many manufactured votes would be late, considering they needed to know some of the vote totals before knowing how many to inject?

They may order recount, thy may make restrictions on recount but they are not going invalidate an election. Trump may win if fraudulent and improperly signed and unstamped ballots are found. But it is a real mountain to climb. We need to hold GA, NC and PA. Fraud is going on in all three.

It had a picture of him. I was disappointed. I wanted to hear what he had to say.
I recall some stories a few days ago of voters receiving ballots that were pre-filled for Biden. Makes me wonder if they did exactly what you speculate, and some of the pre-filled fraud ballots accidentally leaked out to voters.
No need for the Supreme Court to do that, the state legislature can. Constitutionally the state legislatures are the supreme and sovereign authority in the selection of electors. The Republican controlled state legislatures of Michigan and Wisconsin should hold public hearing highlighting the unreliability of the election and then precede to chose their own slate of electors as they are constitutionally empowered to do.
