More evidence for the Supreme Court when they rule that the election of 2020 must be invalidated. No need for the Supreme Court to do that, the state legislature can. Constitutionally the state legislatures are the supreme and sovereign authority in the selection of electors. The Republican controlled state legislatures of Michigan and Wisconsin should hold public hearing highlighting the unreliability of the election and then precede to chose their own slate of electors as they are constitutionally empowered to do.

That seems simple and obvious. What am I missing? Of course that will require them to have some testicles… And that’s always risky

The legislators would have to be ready for violence that would go on and on. I don’t know if they have the stomach and backbone for that.
