Anybody know what the Senate situation is? I know we’re waiting on Gerogia, but have there been other shenanigans?
Fox Business just had a Senate update:
Senate starts the new year 51-48 for Pubs (assuming McSally loss in AZ). However if one or two of the two Georgia seats loses in the special election (Kelly Leoffler vs. leading Dem, or David Perdue vs. Pajama boy Ossoff) two days after the Senate convenes, then it’s game over for the Pubs in the Senate. We can expect the same game playing by Fulton and other Dem controlled counties so Pubs need to insist on everything being above board and get out the vote. A Trump rally would be great as it would give Georgians a chance to thank him for his efforts these past four years, especially if he loses the fraud challenges in the courts.
This week has been a slow-motion murder.
Varney said he had David Bosie and Tim Murtaugh scheduled and they were canceled and called to an unplanned meeting at the White House. Larry Kudlow wouldn’t comment and stuck to the good economic report this morning.

I don’t know that it matters as the “newly found” ballots seem to skew Biden in every case.

How do you recount Fulton county “votes” added after they sent observers home and went back to “counting” (AKA adding) Biden votes?

Good question, I don’t think so. The Fox Business reporter kept talking of a 50-50 tie which would be the case if Alaska was in for the Pubs and the two Georgia candidates lost. I still have hope that the AZ vote will drag McSally over the line if Trump is the winner.
I heard the dejection in David Webb's voice this morning on Sirius XM.The issue is apparently that even if there is evidence of massive vote fraud, there is no remedy. The courts cannot take back votes in a system of secret voting.
The prevailing sentiment seems to be that the only thing that can be done is to try the enablers of the crime, while the organizations that committed the crime still get to reap the benefits of that crime. To that extent, a recanvas (not just a recount, as talk radio is calling it) would be like discovery; it would force the states to open the books, match the counts to names and signatures in the logs, and could provide enough evidence of tampering to try officials themselves.
Personally, I think there is more that can be done here. I do believe there is a remedy. That remedy is to get the Supreme Court to invalidate the certifications of the contested state elections as a whole, not a onesy-twosy of a vote here or there.
The way to do it is this:
- Hold the recanvas and document the inconsistencies in the books.
- Prove that it is systemic and not just a statistical anomaly. Name names of perpetrators and provide whistleblower testimony, if possible.
- Argue in front of the Supreme Court that the Constitution provides for the remedy of the state legislature, acting as the representative of the people in a republic, to select the Electors in a failsafe situation, as long as the Court finds the management of the election to be so fraudulent and untrustworthy as to vote to decertify it.
- Then have the GOP state legislatures meet to vote on the slate of Electors to send to the Electoral College, backed up by a Supreme Court ruling that the certification was based on false premises.
Would they do it? Probably not.
President Trump would take it as far as he can to expose the plot for the American people to see. Hopefully, this will be remembered the next time the people turn out to vote. Also hopefully, people will realize that these election officials are their neighbors who shop at the same grocery stores, whose children go to the same schools, and will be shunned from polite society until they repent for their crimes.
But once the crimes are exposed, will SCOTUS have the nerve to overturn the state courts who are in on the coup? Will the state GOP have the nerve to step up and advocate for it, or will they revert back to their true nature of cowering from power and giving in to Democrat bully tactics?
I think we all know the answers to these questions, but the path forward is clear.
Seek to have the certifications of these elections overturned as hopelessly tainted and untrustworthy, and use the power of the Constitution to save the Constitution.
