I don’t live in WI but comparing Green Bay and Washington counties to 2016 numbers it looks to me like they should.

when there was 70% in he was down 10

Yep, this is exactly why all of these states are counting the mail-in ballots only after they counted the Election Day, walk-in votes. That sequence gave them the knowledge of how many Trump votes they needed to surpass, and then they turn to pulling an endless number of mail-in “votes” out of thin air.
This is the last chance in our long history for the ballot box to do its job. If they steal this, there will be no alternatives left other than the final one that our forefathers wisely provided.

why is az counting but pa not counting through the same time period??
I couldn’t tell you the reason and a million years. But I’m sure it’s not an honest reason
only 48% of the votes from Wayne County MI are in.
