Atlanta is the only place Biden could possibly make up a huge vote difference. There aren’t enough votes there, though. Other areas are still reporting but the difference is not significant enough in those areas for Biden to gain anything significant.

When Trump was winning GA those counties around Atlanta already had 60% of the vote in... so it appears to be coming from precincts with those counties.
