October 8:
ATLANTA — With the start of early voting less than a week away and a software update being installed to address a glitch in Georgia’s voting machines, a federal judge was still considering a request by voting integrity activists to sideline the new touchscreen voting machines in favor of hand-marked paper ballots for the November general election.
U.S. District Judge Amy Totenberg is presiding over a long-running lawsuit challenging the election system the state bought last year from Dominion Voting Systems for more than $100 million. The activists argue the system places an unconstitutional burden on the right to vote because voters cannot be confident their votes are accurately counted. A bug in the touchscreen machines and a hasty software update underscore that the machines aren’t ready for use, they say.

a broad consensus now exists among the nation’s cybersecurity experts recognizing the capacity for the unobserved injection of malware into computer systems to circumvent and access key codes and hash values to generate fraudulent codes and data. In these experts’ views, these risk issues are in play in the operation of Dominion’s Democracy Suite 5.5-A

Plaintiffs assert instead that the State is undertaking substantial changes to the election equipment two weeks before early voting begins without adequate testing that further jeopardizes the reliability and security of the Dominion voting machines.
https://bradblog.com/Docs/CurlingOpinion_GA-BMDs_101120.pdf

Georgia, just weeks prior to the election, allowed their voting machines to be patched with Dominion software using a barcode-based system that does not allow any verification of their choices and requires users to “just trust” that their choice was made correctly when they vote. After inspection by a cybersecurity expert (Mr. Vincent Liu), it turns out that the barcodes are easily accessible to hackers and can be infected by malware, and totally unencrypted. In two of the counties, election servers allowed remote access through open ports via “game programs.” The organization responsible for testing these machines, the EAC, did not test this software to see if it was secure and did not have the expertise to do so. Server logs for these were also editable by Dominion staff, who could add and delete at will. TLDR; Georgia allowed a completely unsecured voting platform open to hacking to be used in this election, and put every voter at risk of manipulation by Dominion staff and threat actors. This same software was used across the USA.

Thank u! If you don’t get OAN, but have a smart TV, download the Klowd app, it is free until the end of the year and minimal cost after. We no longer have cable, we use HULU for movies and sports (my hubby has to have his Alabama football) and Klowd OAN for our news.

To clarify a smart TV ( I think) if you click on the home button and can see Amazon and such you have one. There is an app type store on many of these TVs where you can download Klowd.

We still have to have internet and we only have Comcast where I am (ugh) but it is a lot cheaper than cable + internet.

Preparing for a Disputed Presidential Election:
An Exercise in Election Risk Assessment
and Management
Edward B. Foley*

This Article considers the possibility that a major dispute over the outcome of the 2020 presidential election could arise, even without foreign interference or some other extraordinary event, but rather just from the ordinary process of counting ballots. Building upon previous research on the “blue shift” phenomenon, whereby adjustments in vote tallies during the canvassing of returns tends to advantage Democratic candidates, it is easy to imagine a dispute arising if this kind of “blue shift” were consequential in the presidential race. Using examples from both Pennsylvania and Arizona, two states susceptible to significant “blue shifts” in previous elections, the article shows how the dispute could reach Congress, where it potentially might metastasize into a full-fledged constitutional crisis. The most frightening scenario is where the dispute remains unresolved on January 20, 2021, the date for the inauguration of the new presidential term, and the military is uncertain as to who is entitled to receive the nuclear codes as commander-in-chief. In order to avoid this risk, Congress should amend
the relevant statute, 3 U.S.C. § 15.

INTRODUCTION

It is Election Night 2020. This time it is all eyes on Pennsylvania, as whoever wins the Keystone State will win an Electoral College majority. Trump is ahead in the state by 20,000 votes, and he is tweeting “The race is over. Another four years to keep Making America Great Again.” The Associated Press (AP) and the networks have not yet declared Trump winner. Although 20,000 is a sizable lead, they have learned in recent years that numbers can shift before final, official certification of election results. They are afraid of “calling” the election for Trump, only to find themselves needing to retract the call—as they embarrassingly did twenty years earlier, in 2000. Trump’s Democratic opponent, _________ (fill in the blank with whichever candidate you prefer; I will pick Elizabeth Warren since at the moment she is the front-runner according to prediction markets),1 is not conceding, claiming the race still too close to call. Both candidates end the night without going in front of the cameras.
In the morning, new numbers show Trump’s lead starting to slip, and by noon it is below 20,000. Impatient, Trump holds an impromptu press conference and announces:

1. See Who Will Win the 2020 Democratic Presidential Nomination?, PREDICTIT, https://www.predictit.org/markets/detail/3633/Who-will-win-the-2020-Democratic-presidentialnomination (last visited Oct. 22, 2019) [https://perma.cc/KC2R-WAH8] (showing that would-be bettors may wager thirty-nine cents per dollar of potential winnings should Senator Elizabeth Warren win the Democratic nomination, while twenty cents must be wagered on former Vice President Joseph Biden to win a dollar).

And Stacey Abrams now says GA could absolutely deliver two, two count them, new Rat senators. She is obviously not worried about finding about 400K votes more than were cast for the Rat candidates against Loeffler and Perdue as of the 99% now counted. Where will she find these votes, one wonders?

Someone should remind how state electoral slates are objected to. I remember in Gore/Bush that House and Senate had to vote to object and throw out. I have researched it but have not found the answer yet.

Thanks for the informative post with lots of good links to the Georgia fraud. I started to post a detailed response, but at the house I only have an iPad and it deleted it when I clicked on another page for info. I took the rest of Sunday off from doing much posting.

I didn’t know Georgia in-person voting was done by touchscreen. They should be banned everywhere as they can be manipulated at the polling site if programmers are dishonest. I can see an algorithm programmed that switches a certain percentage of votes while keeping the total number of votes cast the same.

Beyond that, your post includes issues regarding the security of the Dominion software. It’s amazing that Dominion was allowed to go forward after this exposure of their vulnerabilities.

Regarding the mail-in and absentee ballots, if there is no verification of the sender before opening, once the envelope is separated from the ballot there is no way to determine legality. That bell cannot be un-rung. However, even though there is no way to determine authenticity, those fraudulently uploading votes unobserved Tuesday night/Wednesday morning may have overstepped if the additional ballots don’t match voter roll totals (eg. more votes than registered voters or even more than precinct population).

Ballots are also suspicious if they have only the presidential race checked. That appears to be the case if senate race totals are greatly less than the presidential votes.

If the fraudsters in Fulton, Chatham and other counties tried selecting registered voters who didn’t actually vote to match the number of fraudulent ballots, some sleuthing might determine if they went to that extent. I doubt they did given the time crunch.

But unlike the touch screen ballots, there are paper ones to be checked against machine totals. But investigators have to work quickly. A Detroit circuit judge said earlier today that claims of fraud are “only speculative” and gave the go-ahead for ballots to be destroyed. Unbelievable!!

Lazamataz has taken up the reins to look at the Dominion software scam. Over the years, sometimes he has been a satiric figure at FR, especially when pictures of young women are posted (”Laz will hit it!”) but his knowledge of computer software intricacies is way beyond that of the average person. I hope he can gain the attention of other cyber security experts to expose the Dominion fraud as it is. I expect you and others have seen this YouTube video (fraudsters programming Dominion software) that tells how they did it:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ficae6x1Q5A

Finally, I hope that the GOP governor, legislature and SOS take this all seriously. Your two Senate seats are both up for a runoff on January 5, and if mail-in and absentee ballots are to be submitted by voters, and Dominion software used to tabulate results, the same fraud can occur again. The left, the media and the Soros types are spending big money to defeat the two Pub candidates and I would expect some of that is going to software experts to use their expertise to again rig the results. I sure hope both the local and national Pub teams are vigilant!
