President Donald Trump and his reelection campaign are signaling they will pursue an aggressive legal strategy to try to prevent Pennsylvania from counting mailed ballots that are received in the three days after the election.
The matter could find its way to the Supreme Court, especially if those ballots could tip the outcome in the battleground state.
The three-day extension was ordered by Pennsylvania’s top court. The Supreme Court refused to block it, but several conservative justices have indicated they could revisit the issue after the election.
Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar, a Democrat, already has told local elections officials to keep the late-arriving ballots separate, but also to count them. She acknowledged that a post-election court fight could change that. …

Trump has to battle for an honest vote in Pennsylvania because the commonwealth’s Attorney General has already threatened a Biden “victory” —- watch those illegal and late ballots especially closely!
I am praying Trump wins Pennsylvania by so many votes the next three days will irrelevant!

In TN an absentee ballot is one that is acquired by the voter personally presenting him/herself to the election commission and showing a picture ID and filling in a form and signing ...
Then the ballot is sent to him/her and it is to be cast and signed and sent back to be received by the close of the polls (8pm) on Nov 3.
The signature on the ballot must match up with the signature on the request form...

Pennsylvanians know that there are two different types of mail-in ballots: Absentee ballots which can only be issued for medical, work, or travel outside of the voting district; and Vote by Mail which are essentially a "no explanation absentee" vote.
