Turns Out the FBI Has Been Hiding More Seth Rich Documents
GP ^ | 11/02/20 | Larry Johnson

While the law enforcement and intelligence community, along with the mainstream media, has been pushing the meme that there is no basis to believe that Seth Rich, as claimed by multiple independent sources, had contact with Julian Assange’s Wikileaks, the evidence suggests otherwise and it turns out the FBI has been covering up more relevant documents.

The first hint of the coverup came from David Hardy, an FBI Senior official, who affirmed in a 2017 affidavit that there were no responsive records. Hardy is the Section Chief of the Record/Information Dissemination Section (“RIDS”), Information Management Division (“IMD”),1 Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”), in Winchester, Virginia. Here are the relevant portions of his first affidavit:

(19) CRS Search and Results. In response to Plaintiff’s request dated September 1, 2017, RIDS conducted an index search of the CRS for responsive main and reference file records employing the UNI application of ACS. The FBI searched the subject’s name, “Seth Conrad Rich,” in order to identify files responsive to Plaintiff’s request and subject to the FOIA. The FBI’s searches included a three-way phonetic breakdown5 of the subject’s name. These searches located no main or reference records responsive to Plaintiff’s FOIA request.

(9) By letter executed on November 9, 2017, OIP advised Plaintiff it affirmed the FBI’s determination. OIP further advised Plaintiff that to the extent his request sought access to records that would either confirm or deny an individual’s placement on any government watch list, the FBI properly refused to confirm or deny the existence of any such records because their existence is protected from disclosure pursuant to 5 U.S.C. § 552(b)(7)(E). . .

David Hardy either was lying or dangerously incompetent. The FBI did have documents–emails to be specific. The FBI’s habit of stonewalling or denying..

Kind of weak to say things like I’m not shocked.

Encourages apathy.

Impossible for a patriot to be apathetic about this kind of thing.

be advised, the FIB/LEO/ETC will intentionally transpose two letters/misspell names so when a search is done you will get null return on your query, bet when they search, well...

Let’s not forget the FBI was responsible for 9/11 in that they failed to act upon credible warnings. I thought the reports were from the Oklahoma flight school, but found this for AZ. So there may have been MULTIPLE warnings. https://www.cbsnews.com/news/fbi-was-warned-about-flight-schools/

There’s a pattern of failure to act upon info.

How do we get a handle on these treasonous agencies

Start a new party that is not bought and paid for by swamp donors. POTUS could have drained most of the swamp in his first term with the support of the GOP on his flanks. He’ll never get that, unfortunately.

You try misplacing a document that the Government wants you to produce.

See what happens...

The Government is supposed to be accountable to the people, not the other way around.

100% agree. Yet the government is NEVER held to standards that the people are.

Even the mundane - like city codes - I use to live in North Little Rock (in a church parsonage - my first pastorate). Rainy year we moved there - church member was trying to keep the lawn mowed - and the day we showed up with trailer to move in - there was a notice on the door that the grass was too high and would result in fine if not mowed. There were a few little weed tufts over the legal limit... come to find out - the city paid a person to drive around with a ruler!!! seriously! And yet City property almost never was kept mowed within the ordinance limit...

In other words - all levels of government are not beholden to the rules they want to inflict on the people (so much for freedom).

The FBI needs to be rebuilt from the ground up. Also the CIA.

Well, yes, the FBI appears to have had Seth Rich (er, Epstein) conveniently killed while he was safely in prison and all TV cameras were disabled and the guards were unfortunately away from their posts for a few hours.

But they didn’t have Seth Conrad Rich killed!

We know for a fact there were no FBI emails intercepted that were addressed to “Seth Conrad Rich”.

Right. They’re secret and agents have quite a bit of immunity form prosecution.

If a foreign country of domestic enemy wanted to gain control of this country, the best way would be to infiltrate the DOJ and the police agencies. Everything can be covered up as a national security issue or the need to protect sources and methods. There really isn’t a easy to follow money trail because the budgets are mostly covert or faked.

The only time you hear about anything is when there is a power struggle. This happens when one corrupt agent turns against another to get a promotion etc.

The BEST case argument that could be made about the FBI is that they are utterly incompetent and dysfunctional. The WORST case argument that could be made about the FBI is that they are utterly corrupted and engaged in repeated coverups of their own illegal actions as well as those of selected politically connected people.

Were I POTUS I'd ask the AG and the FBI which they would want us to believe and why they should be permitted to continue to exist in their current form given either one of those two states. Then whatever their answer I'd fire the FBI director, put my own guy in (I favor Ric Grennell) and tell AG that anything he does regarding FBI policy, procedures, or personnel has to be approved by me with immediate firing being the consequence of violating that direction. No more coverups.

The Federal Bureau of Incrimination And Sedition (FBIAS) needs to be shuttered permanently.
They are more of a danger to the citizens than what they pretend to protect us from.

“...Ric Grennell ...”

He has no LE experience ! Intelligence & LE are two different disciplines.

I say put a impeccably honest loyal hard core LEO in charge like David Clarke (former Milwaukee county Sheriff). He’ll also be harder for the left to criticize. (Yes use the ‘race card’ against them!) Also appoint as his deputy someone with strong administrative experience. This next thing is most important, almost more important then who you appoint as DIR\FBI. Bring in outside IG & legal staff to do a top to bottom audit\investigation. Set FBI legal & IG staff aside, for now they’re part of the problem. If they feel insulted, too bad ! They’ll get over it if they’re not responsible for the problems.
