Now, THAT is a perfect dessert....for GA!

My pecans are from GA, this year.

I met The Peach Truck, a few months ago, for peaches...and....they gave me a ½ pound of pecans, because the line was so crazy.

I put up/froze half of the peaches, in quart freezer bags. Have been making cobblers, ever since.

Can’t wait to make the Pecan pies, for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

When friends and neighbors help me out I pay them back with sweet treats.

Definitely putting this one on my to due list!
