My pecans are from GA, this year.
I met The Peach Truck, a few months ago, for peaches...and....they gave me a ½ pound of pecans, because the line was so crazy.
I put up/froze half of the peaches, in quart freezer bags. Have been making cobblers, ever since.
Can’t wait to make the Pecan pies, for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Making apple cream cheese crisp tomorrow for friends and neighbors.
Wish it was peaches. Best fruit ever.
