A surge in coronavirus cases has damaged Donald Trump’s re-election campaign in Wisconsin, with growing criticism of his work on the pandemic and preference for Joe Biden to handle it. Biden holds a slighter advantage in Michigan, with sizable leads among women, moderates and independents in ABC News/Washington Post polls in both states.
Biden leads Trump by 57-40 percent among likely voters in Wisconsin, a state that’s now reported to be third in the nation in per capita COVID-19 cases, with a 53 percent increase in average daily cases in the past two weeks, a record number of hospitalizations and a 112 percent jump in deaths. That compares with a closer 52-46 percent in mid-September.
In Michigan, it’s 51-44 percent, Biden-Trump, among likely voters, a slight Biden lead in this poll, produced for ABC by Langer Research Associates. The Senate race there stands at 52 percent for incumbent Democrat Gary Peters vs. 46 percent for Republican John James, not a statistically significant differenc
unbelievable.
All for voter suppression and to skew the poll averaging sites.

They are trying to convince a segment of society that Joe has got this. It’s in the bag. Big win coming for Joe.
And if Trump wins in a landslide (and I think he will) then that segment of society will “know” that he cheated (again!) and that his “collusion” with Putin has allowed Trump to “steal” yet another election.
There will be massive rioting and the media will declare Trump’s second term totally illegitimate.
Has the Biden campaign pulled TV ad buys for WI and shifted them to other potential pickup states? That’s what a campaign that believes a +17 poll six days out from an election would do.

They can not possibly believe this is even close to reality.

Total nonsense, garbage poll. Look at the Wisconsin early voting numbers which are about equal for Rs and Ds. Also, the point was made well here - why on earth would Biden, stupid as he is, spend time in Milwaukee when he could go to the new battlegrounds of Kansas and Missouri?
They know the same torpor that plagues attendance at any pro-Biden event will also be apparent on 3 Nov and are trying to raise hopes and energy to try to get Dems out to vote.
