I don’t know about tears, but... he definitely sounded emotional. He took both of those last calls with both halves of his brain behind his back... and, he still sounded professional.
Yes — Prayers for Rush. Please hear us, O Lord! Amen.
“Lord Jesus, You so often heal those who were brought before You. Today I bring before You, Rush Limbaugh, who we hold dear and is in need of your saving word and Your healing touch. Please deal with him gently and restore him, if You will, to full health of mind and body. Amen”
(I don’t have the name of the author)
I got the impression that it was either something to do with whatever alleged bombshell info regarding Trump is, or maybe some new medical treatment that he needs to try immediately?
Prayers for Rush.
Oh. Good. Had to be something awfully important.
Glad to know he looked as good as he sounded
His website is hacked!
I just noticed that. Think that answers the question about why he left.
I heard him quite clearly.
His exact quote was Im struggling here. im going to have to bump out early.
He became emotional while speaking to one of the last two callers. He was choking up but was able to regain his composure because he is a consummate professional. There was no indication that he was crying.
Finally, he said he would try to be back on Monday.
None of that is consistent with joining Trump at a rally, or his website being hacked etc.
He chooses his words carefully. He needs our prayers and understanding.
He owes us nothing.
Is anybody monitoring his twitter account? There may be some news on there.
Just scolded Biden for accusing Trump of denigrating military. Nothing about the show.
Thank you, FRiend.
I missed his announcement and was wondering why he was re-airing that interview when he’d been “jipping” [?] the rallies.
I watched a few moments of the first hour dittocam and he was coughing quite a bit and the second hour dittocam is not available but he transitioned into the break gracefully. I expect to see more of this as time progresses.
We should be thankful that he has dedicated his last days to us.
Thanks Corlorde. I do remember his update a week or so ago, but guess I just wanted to think onward and upward, that since this plan didn’t work out the next one will. I’m just I hoping and praying he’s not giving up completely. I have to confess that this last sentence is selfish on my part, and there is no way I can know how much he is suffering.
I was watching him and he actually looked really good. As others have said, he seemed to get slightly distracted the last phone call. To watch him, you would have never known that it was a medical issue.
To clarify, he did say before signing off for the day “I will do my best to be back here on Monday”.
