Melissa Francis is off the air and her status at Fox News is in doubt
Melissa Francis, regularly seen on the popular Fox News midday talk show “Outnumbered,” has been off the air for two weeks and is probably at the end of her six-year run at the network, according to people familiar with the matter who were not authorized to comment and requested anonymity.
Francis, 47 has not been seen on the program since Oct. 7. A Fox News representative did not comment on her status, saying only that she is still an employee and its daytime programming is being revamped.
“Fox News Media regularly considers programming changes, including to its daytime lineup, and will launch new formats as appropriate after the election,” the representative said in a statement. “These changes are being made independent of any other ongoing matter.

I don’t watch much Faux News during the day so I looked her up. She seemed to be ok. Why did they dump her?
So that was not a joke. I really need to watch Fox during the day, I guess. I have no idea who does what when until Lou Dobbs comes on at 4.
She complained of gender bias regarding her pay.

I know she was one of the ones who cut Newt off, when he began calling out $oros funding the riots.
I really liked Trish.
She didn’t defend Soros.
She was told, likely as a condition of employment, to not discuss Soros.
She did what she was directed to do and shut down the discussion.
That’s not a defense.
She was working without a contract, which likely muddied the pay waters.
Bigger question is why wasn’t her contract renewed.
Three guesses.
Unfortunately for her all the adult characters from Little House on the Prairie are dead, so there will be no reboots of that series.
Yep, Francis was Michael Landon’s (Charles Engles) adopted Daughter on the last two years of the show.
Yes she shut down Newt while he was talking to Harris Faulkner surprising both of them. Turns out her husband works for Soros. Between that and Wallace’s debate BS and John Robert’s freaking out on live TV I hooked up Ruko TV and am now watching OAN, Newsmax, and Stirr and I let FOX know I was done with them and any of the hosts that I had followed on Facebook, told them I was throwing them out with the bad. Done with FOX and I’m glad she was fired.

complaints regarding her pay vs a male’s pay is the most
likely reason for her firing
Probably wasn’t aging well.
I liked her. She regularly kicked Marie Harf’s ass. That may be the problem with the questionable higher ups at Fox News.
