Former President Barack Obama’s appearance in Philadelphia on Wednesday will be a drive-in car rally.
It’s Obama’s first in-person campaign event anywhere for the presidential election this year, Joe Biden’s campaign said. Obama will speak to the importance of early voting and will specifically address Black voters, especially Black men, the campaign said.
Due to coronavirus restrictions, the event will be ticketed, without public access. The Biden campaign will offer a limited number of tickets to supporters through local campaign officials. It will also be livestreamed on the Biden campaign’s website.

The Obama attendance to the rally is a cover story.
The real reason for the Obama visit to Philadelphia is to make damn sure the black moron politicians are in fact making all possible efforts to assure the fraudulent vote required to carry the state.
This is excellent since everyone 0bama has ever campaigned for has lost. He’s the kiss of death to anyone but himself. Now that he is old old news, my bet is that whatever interest most people ever had in him has dried up.
They will stuff 10,000 fraudulent ballots into the trunks of each car.
BLM and Antifa also invited and ALL must bow to them.
Philly is “safe” for the Dems. This is all about getting out the votes.
Barack is trying to push the Biden vote in urban precincts to 125% of registered voters instead of the normal 110% for Dem candidates.
Using this same NYT "logic", what does that tell you about Biden in PA if he has to send his surrogate - Obama - to Philadelphia, of all places?!
Perhaps he's there to organize the New Black Panthers Party for voter intimidation, as was the case in '08.
Attendance would pick up if they had cute girls on roller-skates serving snacks.

I happened to be in Philly for work on the night before the election in 2016. Hillary decided at the last minute to hold her final rally on the mall (ruining, BTW, the small trade show event I was in town for)...I was staying at the Marriott downtown, and it was packed with happy Hillary supporters (many took the train down from NYC for this super rally with Hillary, Bill, Obama, Bruce Springsteen and more). They were so happy, I was miserable because they were so happy...needless to say, the super rally didn’t help, and I had the last laugh!

They wanted the event to be in cars so they could photoshop parking lots full of cars to make the event look meaningful.
I know: lets have a fake accident on the 405 fwy and claim the backup are cars waiting to enter the event.
