That is the best description I have ever seen of why the DOJ has been so inept. The career employees are part and parcel of the deep swamp. All we need to know about this person's credibility who wrote this. It was not a misrepresentation at all. Barr's statement was reviewed and approved as representative of the report. Nothing which followed contradicted it at all.
