Let’s get one thing straight. Abortion is the intentional taking of a human life. Whether by scalpel or chemical abortifacient, abortion ends the life of a human being—a child with his own fingerprints, heartbeat, brain waves, and DNA. A child who can feel pain beginning at 12 weeks after conception.
Let’s get another thing straight: You can’t be pro-life and pro-Joe Biden.
Some so-called evangelicals think they can have it both ways. In an op-ed at the Christian Post, Ron Sider and Richard Mouw defend a statement urging pro-life evangelicals to vote for Joe Biden.
“Climate change already kills untold thousands and will soon kill tens of millions unless we change,” the pair writes. “The overwhelming scientific consensus is that unless we quickly reduce the amount of greenhouse gases causing global warming that we send into the atmosphere, many millions will die. The poor will suffer the most. But Donald Trump denies the near scientific consensus on climate change and has made numerous policy decisions that make things much worse. Climate change is a pro-life issue.”
“As pro-life evangelicals, we disagree with Vice President Biden and the Democratic platform on the issue of abortion,” the statement declares, “But we believe that a biblically shaped commitment to the sanctity of human life compels us to a consistent ethic of life that affirms the sanctity of human life from beginning to end.”
What does the statement’s “consistent ethic of life” look like?
Many things that good political decisions could change destroy persons created in the image of God and violate the sanctity of human life. Poverty kills millions every year. So does lack of healthcare and smoking. Racism kills.

Yeah, it’s kind of a misnomer.
They wear names like that to entire those that are not paying attention. There is a guy down the road that has a Republicans for Biden sign in his yard. That’s odd because he has only ever had democrat candidate signs in his yard, both local and national. He isn’t fooling anyone that lives in the area. Maybe passers by.
An idea originated by an anti-life adherent no doubt.

Scratch the surface of such a person and you find a Soros funded Democratic operative who does not have the testicular fortitude to riot with Antifa.

The church I grew up in has many who claim they are pro-choice and will vote for the dems. I have never been able to figure that out...how does one attend church every Sunday, is involved in church activities and vote/think this way? I have family in this category as well.

These Biden people don’t actually believe in God. They are mostly witless minions of the devil.
Pick up an issue of National Geographic from the early 1990s when they visited countries in the Soviet orbit which had just throw off the yoke of socialism. They were all various degrees of environmental catastrophe.
What fixed that? Capitalism. The three which have done the best and are now popular tourist destinations are Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic. It is not a coincidence that they are the same three which did the best job of eradicating socialism.
Its election time. Fake and manufactured groups and ideas that don’t really exist in society come out of the woodwork. Its all done for headlines and to push a narrative. The Soviets formed the modern phenomenon - its called “agitprop.”
I won’t say “ignore it” as its designed to divide opponents, or deceive the gullible or lazy whose thinking isn’t clear, but I will say - put it in its proper place.
