Amador County Sheriff cites misinformation that death was suicide; Investigation ongoing
Philip Haney, the former Department of Homeland Security whistleblower, found dead in Amador County last month, was not a suicide but a murder, according to Reps. Louis Gohmert (R-Texas) and Steve King (R-Iowa), both friends of the deceased.
I dont believe that Phil Haney committed suicide. Rep. King said on the House floor this week, and as Cheryl Chumley reported in the Washington Times, Rep. Gohmert also disbelieved the suicide story. Id been concerned about his safety, with all the information he knew and people who couldve gotten in trouble, the Texas Republican told reporters.
The Amador County Sheriffs office also cast doubts on reports of suicide. Unfortunately, there was misinformation immediately being put out that we have determined Mr. Haneys death to be a suicide, a February 24 Coroners Investigation Update explains. This is not the case.
According to the Sheriff, Mr. Haney was located in a park and ride open area immediately adjacent to State Highway 16 near State Highway 124. Highway 16 is a busy state highway and used as a main travel route to and from Sacramento. The location is less than 3 miles from where he was living.
The Sheriff scheduled a forensic autopsy to be performed by forensic pathologists from the Sacramento County Coroners Office and reached out to our law enforcement partners in the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to assist in analyzing documents, phone records and a lap top that were recovered from the scene and Mr. Haneys RV. We are currently in possession of his vehicle, the firearm located at the scene, and his RV and we will be requesting evidence processing assistance from the FBI on those items as well. day

IS THE FBI WAITING UNTIL AFTER THE ELECTION TO ADDRESS WHISTLEBLOWER PHIL HANEYS VIOLENT DEATH?
Is the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) holding back information regarding the violent death of Phil Haney because of the election? Why is the Amador County Sheriffs office staying quiet? How long will Americans stay silent before demanding answers?
Whistleblower Phil Haney, a founding member of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), was found dead after being shot in the chest on February 21, 2020 in California, not far from Sacramento. The local police immediately reached out to the FBI, despite the clear potential conflict of interest. Mr. Haney called out the Obama administration for forcing government intelligence to remove terrorist ties of Mosques in America. In his book, See Something, Say Nothing, he documented ties that he believed could have stopped the Islamic San Bernardino and Orlando terror attacks. He was writing a new book that was to be published before the 2020 election. Before that book could be published, Mr. Haney was found dead in a park and ride area three miles from his home.
Mr. Haney, a devout Christian, was known to carry a thumb drive around his neck populated with information damning to the federal government that was to be in his next book. Knowing that he was potentially in danger, Mr. Haney confided in several people that he would never commit suicide. RAIR Foundation spoke with two of these people: Film Director Judd Saul and Iowa Pastor Cary Gordan (Read about that here).
Back in July, RAIR Foundation USA submitted questions (twice) to the Amador County Sheriffs office, and did not receive a response. Instead, a local report dated July 23, 2020 indicated that officials expect FBI reports and analysis within the next few weeks and hope to complete their review shortly thereafter, comparing it with the information they have gathered from their own case investigation.
Today is October 1st. It is difficult not to consider that the reason the politicized FBI is staying quiet is not based on evidence, but something more nefarious.
Read the details at RAIR about Mr. Haneys life and violent death. Please also see RAIRs timeline of events.

There’s a lot of dead bodies out there. A lot of convenient suicides. It sure would be nice if the authorities started tying up the loose ends. Don’t have to start with Vince Foster, but I hope he gets his turn.
Seems that a lot of people with evidence against the Deep State and the Left have sudden surges of remorse and kill themselves./S
A lot of that went around in Arkansas and places near the Clintons. The Clintons had to have black outfits ready for so many upcoming funerals.
fbi, will have it under control!
FBI already has it under control they killed him!!
Damn.
are the Russians glad that they don’t live in the United States?
Nor was Vince Foster’s death a suicide.
(COMMENT FROM ANOTHER THREAD):
Allegedly also connected with Asst. U.S. Attorney Timothy Delgado who supposedly was investigating the death of Haney with Amador SO. All Sorcha Faal so debatable whether that is accurate or not - in itself interesting why SF would muddy the waters.
Timothy Delgado allegedly murdered his new wife and committed suicide March 8, 2020...
“In the old days” would not have thought that could be true, but now thought that could be very true.
Sad!!
WE ALL feel the same way these are NO LONGER conspiracy theories after General Flynn I believe wholeheartedly they are capable of ANYTHING including murder just ask Seth Rich, OH YEAH hes dead!,,
Good to see Steve is still around
Steve Kings problems began with Washington Examiners Williamson who could have cited the many times the New York Times has been cited for using misquotes when assembling his report on Cruz and Scotts reaction to of condemnation to the alleged racist remarks made by Iowa Congressman Steve King . Williamson could have as well then ask both US Senators Scott and Cruz Can the New York Times under those circumstances be trusted ask if they considered that and include their reaction when making their statements in his report..
What King was denouncing was the assertions raised by the NYT interviewer using questions that reference common idoms used but are being attacked in socialist revisionist propaganda circles as racist. That technique method is similar to NYT use of questions about LGBT practices when seeking a reaction from by a religious figure.. Which have been manipulated and blown up to be prohibited expressions under guise of being politically incorrect ..
What Williamson did was because of his lazy journalism. Which is common practice unfortuantely in too many so called conservative communication venues in visual, print and talk radio. Was to support and continue to validate the “politically correct posture regurgitated by socialist revisionists.
I still have doubts about Mike Adams.
Big Time.
Thank you bitt!
EPSTEIN,
Did he “Suicide?”
/$
Phil was a fighter, not a coward. This demands a federal investigation because of his extensive intelligence work and what he know.
He was a very good, patriotic man and friend.
