Sen. Lindsey Graham said on Friday night young people of color are safe in South Carolina — but only if they are not liberal.

From reading the entire article, I strongly suspect he was saying a young black can make it to the US Senate, but needs to be conservative to reflect the values of the state.
You can be assured this is out of context. There are daily attacks on Linseed. Yesterday #LindseyHasCOVID or something like that was trending on Twitter along with other fake news stories.
