Three teen suspects brutally attack elderly woman in carjacking, then die in car crash

A 72-year-old woman was the victim of a violent carjacking in Minneapolis on October 5th, where her alleged attackers stole her purse and vehicle, and later crashed her car during a police pursuit where the suspects died in the crash.
The victim was reportedly at a friend’s house at the time, feeding a cat that she was taking care of in her friend’s absence. That’s when three teenage suspects approached the victim and beat her in an effort to take her purse.

I don't understand people saying they are sad about these "teens" being dead. They would have cheerfully killed this old woman and would be let out to commit more mayhem. Teens any more can mean 17 - 19 year-olds who are full grown and strong as an ox. As far as I'm concerned, this story has a happy ending.

Just out of curiosity. When does a person become “elderly”? Are we old in our 60’s and elderly in our 70”s?

That is very sad. On the bright side, their demise saved the taxpayers a lot of money and future victims from attack.

Concord CA were going 120 mph etc and one tweeted or texted, YOLO—You Only Live
Once.
You only die once.All were killed in a
crash.
