About CJDT
The District of Columbia Commission on Judicial Disabilities (CJDT) was created by the District of Columbia Court Reorganization Act of July 29, 1970, and subsequently reorganized with its jurisdiction significantly enlarged by the following acts:
District of Columbia Self-Government and Governmental Reorganization Act of December 24, 1973 (known as the Home Rule Act).
Retired Judge Service Act of October 30, 1984.
CJDT has the authority to remove a judge for willful misconduct in office, for willful and persistent failure to perform judicial duties, and for conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice, or which brings the judicial office into disrepute. The Commission also has the authority to retire a judge involuntarily if the Commission determines that the judge suffers from a mental or physical disability which is or is likely to become permanent and which prevents, or seriously interferes with, the proper performance of duties. In addition, the Commission may, under appropriate circumstances, censure or reprimand a judge publicly.
Amen. Tom Fitton has the stuff of Greatness.
Elder a bulldog and fitton is also
I didn’t mean to “drive by.” I’m sorry for not being online to reply. It is simply I suppose a Washington (open secret? Baseless rumor? Useless tidbit from ‘unnamed sources?’) that, like Obama, Fitton has special proclivities. In any case he issues FOIA requests and press releases, which is good I suppose.
I don’t even think Trump has a full cabinet yet because of McConnell. They wouldn’t allow Trump to do much of anything for two years because of the Russia bs. Then we lost the house.
I’d love to see Trump get re-elected, see us get the house back with a good majority and increases in senate. Then we’d see how much Trump can get done.
Baseless rumors or unnamed sources impugning someones reputation is detrimental beyond belief......
.....especially someone working so hard for our side
You dropped your little baseless rumor and left it to foment for the day....
.....disturbing
Maybe the fact that you are attracted to him is something you could keep to yourself.
What are we doing with a federal commission on the social status of black men and boys?
Looks like Rep. Mo Brooks was the only Congress Critter to oppose its creation in response to the BLM protests this year:
Fitton is married....to a woman
Fitton is married....to a woman
Every time I read something from JW, I say the same thing. Fitton has been doing the FBI's job for years.
Since the FBI is now a (dangerous) political organization then it would only be fitting to make its head a purely partisan political figure.
The SAAAAGE OF SOUTH CENTRAL!
Yep it is certainly not baseless, but not a topic for this forum. One shouldn’t bring such things up and I am sorry for doing so. I realize that just as Bush and his aides could do no wrong a decade or so ago, Trump can do no wrong now. Funny, though, how so many Freepers’ principles shift with the winds. Anyway, as I mentioned, he issued FOIA requests and press releases, and I suppose that is a good thing.
I dont think the answer is more government.
