The crowded Carnival cruise this year did not get me, my weekly visits to grocery stores have caused no problem, and I am doing a myriad of landscaping projects so tons of visits to Home Depot. The viruses that can cause ADE frequently share some common features such as antigenic diversity, abilities to replicate and establish persistence in immune cells. ADE can occur during the development of a primary or secondary viral infection, as well as after vaccination with a subsequent virus challenge. It has been observed mainly with positive-strand RNA viruses. Among them are Flaviviruses such as Dengue virus, Yellow fever virus, Zika virus, Coronaviruses, including alpha- and betacoronaviruses, Orthomyxoviruses such as influenza, Retroviruses such as HIV, and Orthopneumoviruses such as RSV.

I got CV-19 last January after getting my first flu shot ever. But I also got lots of vaccinations for foreign travel at the same time.
I heard that correlation months ago! It was a conundrum that the doctors were not going to have guidance for. It was something about the flu shot helping one and exasperating the other.
In The Covid-19 Conundrum on page 30, it is recommended to ignore the flu vaccine recommendations and points to a report from Vaccine showing the flu vaccine increases the risk of getting Sars-Cov-2.

(BMJ 2020;398:m810—February 28)….A randomized placebo-controlled trial in children showed that flu shots increased fivefold the risk of acute respiratory infections caused by a group of noninfluenza viruses, including coronaviruses. (Cowling et al, Clin Infect Dis 2012;54:1778) From Table 3, vaccine recipients had 20 noninfluenza virus-positive ARIs and 19 virus-negative ARIs; non-recipients had 3 noninfluenza virus-positive ARIs and 14 virus-negative ARIs. These figures yield an odds ratio of 4.91 (CI 1.04 to8.14).
Such an observation may seem counterintuitive, but it is possible that influenza vaccines alter our immune systems non-specifically to increase susceptibility to other infections; this has been observed with DTP and other vaccines. (Benn et al, Trends in Immunology, May 2013) There are other immune mechanisms that might also explain the observation.
To investigate this possibility, a case-control study is in order as we study and care for the victims of covid-19. Influenza vaccines have become sacred cows in some quarters, but they shouldn’t be.

It was not a mistake. The so-called National Vaccine Information Center is a scam group that has made millions from selling “natural” health products and has ties to lawyers making big bucks from vaccine lawsuits. Companies pay these people off because it is cheaper than going to court. The winners are the lawyers and these activist groups.
