Under Newsom’s order, the California Air Resources Board would implement the phase-out of new gas-powered cars and light trucks

Time to invest in dealerships in Oregon, Nevada and Arizona near the California border and "Very Slightly Used" car lots selling cars for above new car MSRP.

Although I expect that California would outlaw that too, if they haven't already.
