Judge Amy Coney Barrett Recently Approved Democrat COVID-19 Lockdown Policies

Judge Amy Coney Barrett has emerged as the choice of Conservative Twitter to be the successor on the Supreme Court to replace deceased former justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who died on Friday after many bouts of cancer.

However, Barrett’s record is troubling on many issues, with a ruling that gives Democrats in Illinois blanket authority to shut down society based on COVID-19 mass hysteria standing out as particularly heinous.

Barrett concurred with the majority in Illinois Republican Party et al. v. J.B. Pritzker, Governor of Illinois to keep the illegal lockdown in place and allow Democrats to rip up the Constitution under the guise of safety. She hid behind the precedent of Jacobsen v. Massachusetts (1905) in an attempt to avoid culpability for her decision.

“At least at this stage of the pandemic, Jacobson takes off the table any general challenge to [Pritzker’s executive order] based on the Fourteenth Amendment’s protection of liberty,” the majority opinion read in the case.

It continued: “[W]hile in the face of a pandemic the Governor of Illinois was not compelled to make a special dispensation for religious activities, see Elim, nothing in the Free Speech Clause of the First Amendment barred him from doing so. As in the cases reconciling the Free Exercise and Establishment Clauses, all that the Governor did was to limit to a certain degree the burden on religious exercise that [the governor’s executive order] imposed.”

While Barrett rolls over to the far left and allows Democrats to rip up the Constitution, other judges are actually living up to their oath, such as the Trump-appointed District Judge in Pennsylvania, William S. Stickman.

EVERY SINGLE WOMAN appointed to the high Court has been an unmitigated disaster, whether appointed by Republicans or Democrats. That’s not a very good record. O’Connor affirmed the outrageous UNequal protection of affirmative action and struck down sodomy laws, unleashing the fag brigade on all of normal America for decades to come.

Make the Court all men, and we would see a marked swing to the right and towards dispassionate constitutionalism. Of course all men are not a guarantee, but their record is definitely better than women.

The Judge from Miami, Lagoa is not even on the same planet as Amy Coney Barret when it comes to smarts, qualifications and judicial experience or track record.
Lagoa was only recently appointed by DeSantis to the Florida Supreme Court.
Bloomberg paid money for felons? So what? Selecting Lagoa will affect that how? She is going to go round and take the money back?

Up until now BOTH sides of the court whether men or women have been appointed by deep state presidents. That’s why we have had a problem. The sex of the Justice has nothing to do with it. Roberts is a wolf in sheep’s clothing and highly compromised. That’s why Bush put him in there.

While what you said may be logically true, it is politically impossible. That is why the logical alternative is NOT to exclude women (or effeminate men, for that matter) but select those which are most likely to rule based on the law and preferences rather than their emotions.

In this category, Mrs. Barrett will beat RBG all of the time every time. Even if she isn't a carbon copy of Justice Thomas or Justice Scalia, both unique national treasures.

It's because Trump has been extremely tough on Cuba and Venezuela, whereas OBiden molly cuddled Castro with Obama even visiting Havana and lifting sanctions against Cuba. I’ve been listening to an excellent pastor who opines superbly on the social and political issues of this country. He says that about half of the judges who are constitutional conservatives at the time of their confirmation drift left during their tenure.

No surpise judges drift to the left. Because progress is actually decay and entropy! Maintaining order and discipline requires energy and continuous readjustments. That four-day orgy of violence and destruction in Minneapolis was the predictable result of decades of "progressive" policy.
