Lindsey Graham and the other GOP Judiciary member will set the committee rules on this hearing, and McConnell and the GOP Senate will set the rules for the full Senate hearing, and the rules will allow only limited debate and be limited to a limited number of witnesses specified at the beginning of the hearings AND no surprise, last-second witnesses ...
