A total of 175,000 Democrats who skipped 2016 have asked for ballots, more than double the number of Republicans, Politico reported.
How would they already know this?
Politico and the Hill are the vanguard of the Democrats for print presentations.
Rare and significant are the same thing. The Earth being hit by a large asteroid is rare, but very significant. The fact that only say, 1 in a 10000 democrats cheat doesn’t meant that that one doesn’t fill out 10,000 ballots.
I’ve read in several sources that Democrats are favoring absentee ballots and more Republicans are planning to go to the polling place. This simply reflects that. Am I missing a bigger deal here?
The lesson the rats learned in sixteen is they didn’t cheat enough.

In Florida, EVERY other “battleground” state and potential battleground state, the Republicans need to insure that EVERY mail in and provisional vote has its signature RIGOROUSLY checked against the signature on record.
They banned me for life last year for no apparent reason other than snowflakes didn't like the historical facts I offered in my comments. I never used profanity, threats, racial slurs, nothing, but solid facts. I'm a 73 year old woman (72 at the time), and wear the ban as a badge of honor.
All the stories the media produces these days are nothing more than "Penny Dreadfuls," which are defined as "a cheap, sensational comic or storybook."

What happens when you go to the polls and find out you already voted? Or only your mail in vote is counted?
My concern is that Republicans will show up to vote and find that someone has already placed their vote for them.
I have always believed the Left didn’t think it had to cheat very hard for HILLARY to win. She was a shoo-in, according to the polls. I figure this year it will be the activists ballot harvesting all over the country. That is how they took over the House in 2018. The activists are busy requesting ballots, using made up names and sending the ballots to ‘friendly’ addresses, where the activists can just pick up the excess ballots and fill them in. Voila! Another Dem vote recorded.
And the ComDems are better than their simple Dem predecessors.

I live in New York and what they do at the polling place is look up my name in this book and then they give me a ballot. I have no idea how this works if mail in ballots are used. Is my name then removed from the book if they get a mail in ballot? What if they don’t get the mail in ballot before I vote in person? Can they catch the double vote and eliminate one or do they not? I don’t trust this at all because in New York the only thing you need to register to vote is proof of address like a cellphone bill, it’s absolutely outrageous. This is how AOC won. I grew up in her district and the word is she had a campaign directed toward illegals showing them how to register and that’s why she won. 100% illegal but nobody does anything about it
This story is just another reason why mail-in voting is wrong. Why do we have tallies of mail-in ballots by political party two months before an election? Is it so the media can write stories about how great one party is doing?
Yours is a real concern. That will produce a provisional ballot and who knows what will happen to it.
