As others have said, I’m not sure any Republican has been up at this point, even Ronald Reagan when he ran for reelection against Mondale, which if you remember the MSM tried to make a case against Reagan because of his age after the first debate.
The polls are traditionally biased against Republicans.
The polls were profoundly wrong in 2016 and Trump’s base is bigger now versus then IMO, especially among African Americans and Latinos.
I believe Trump will win and if that happens, the polls will be used as another piece of evidence by the left that somehow Trump cheated again which de-legitimizes his election so than can go about seeking his removal by any means necessary...

Even when I comment to total strangers... (it’s always a guarded and limited conversation... just comments, really). It’s apparent that NO ONE likes, trusts or believes Biden or the DNC.
I’ll tell you something else, whenever I have these moments with people, it always seems we are BOTH surprised and elated that WE are not the only ones who support the President...It’s like ‘Hey... you kept the faith, too!’ I mean the girl at the checkout, the guy at the gas station... etc.
I have this urge to discuss things, even at a limited level, with SOMEONE! I chance it with people who I won’t likely see again and it’s pathetically furtive and guarded (We are looking over our shoulders or whispering).

As often said here polls don’t matter at this point. My question is could a Trump support group have asked for a better (worse) pair of candidates than Biden Harris to run against? Hillary once more would have been close.
If he doesn’t beat these two then the country deserves the result.

That accuracy rating is beyond a joke since they all missed the 2016 election stating the same accuracy but the real accuracy was more than 10% and not 0.04%.

Fox News most frequently cite RCP or their own polls, both dubious at best. Fox claim that their poll was very accurate in 2016, but in order to say that, they cherry pick the results. Most polls are most accurate at the end of the campaign when their poll can be compared with the actual result. They need that confirmation to sell their poll the next time out. The rest of their polling is usually garbage, intended to influence the outcome, not give the reader a real picture. RCP and Fox News are always leading the league in that category.
My eyes mustn’t be believed. I saw countless Trump flags this weekend and not one for Biden.
This is a useful chart, thanks for posting. There is a caveat: I believe that these results show their final polls measured against the actual result when all polling organizations were scrambling to come up with the closest poll compared with the outcome.
All of these public polls have a very different objective at this stage of the campaign. They are trying to please their client (usually the media) and to influence the behavior of the voter. These polls are propaganda and all of the pollsters employ well known magic tricks to get a desired result. Watching the trends is helpful, paying attention to the bottom line number is a waste of time.
Bottom line: polls do not reflect reality and some of them are pure garbage.
IMHO, other than for humor’s sake, polls can be ignored.
