As others have said, I’m not sure any Republican has been up at this point, even Ronald Reagan when he ran for reelection against Mondale, which if you remember the MSM tried to make a case against Reagan because of his age after the first debate.
The polls are traditionally biased against Republicans.
The polls were profoundly wrong in 2016 and Trump’s base is bigger now versus then IMO, especially among African Americans and Latinos.
I believe Trump will win and if that happens, the polls will be used as another piece of evidence by the left that somehow Trump cheated again which de-legitimizes his election so than can go about seeking his removal by any means necessary...
I remember seeing BS polls showing Ford trailing Carter by 30 points in 1976. He ended up losing by only 2 points.
