The salon owner was not aware she was in there. One of the people who rent space from her let pelosi in from what I gather from the owners details.

That’s how I understand it, too. And from what she said — something like, “I’m not allowed to work, but ...”, it seems that may also be a beautician and is following the rules by not working and is personally losing money. Sounds like one of the stylists who rents space from her went rogue and snuck in Nancy. (I could be totally wrong, but that’s how I took it.)
That would explain the one of this story that confused me. I couldn’t understand how the security camera footage got into the public domain so quickly.
