etween the pandemic and all the social and racial injustices going on in America, this election may be the biggest in our lifetime. The Charlotte Hornets are doing all they can to make sure everyone has a chance to vote.

The Charlotte Hornets unveiled the initiative “Swarm the Polls” on Tuesday to educate the public on the importance of voting and provide ways in which you can cast your ballot.

They really want to knock down the barriers of why some don’t vote and get everyone out to the polls in 2020.

“The two barriers we are seeing are education and accessibility,” said Betsy Mack who is the Senior Director of Corporate Social Responsibility for the Charlotte Hornets. “We are looking at how we can work in these areas and really help to solve those. But also working with other demographics such as college students, young professionals, our Asian Americans, to say, we want to make sure that you are represented and we need to hear your voice.”

Another reason the left doesn’t want the universities and colleges to physically open up. Once everyone is on campus, they’re less likely to vote than it they’re sitting in their parent’s house bored to death.

If you don't have a job, live off government assistance, don't have a family, don't have friends, and your life revolves around video games, large company Internet, television, and consumer products (ordered through Amazon, natch)--

Then you're a perfect target audience for the NBA.

And you're also likely a Democrat voter.

And you're also the kind of person produced by Democrat policies.

Would you people stop paying attention to the Marxist Sports Leagues? We already know their agenda. Boring.

You might want to read some of fellow freeper LS comments on that subject. He thinks the dems may LOSE up to 30% of this vote, precisely because they are NOT in school, being nagged by activists to go vote. I trust his analysis. He’s been doing this a LONG time.

What % of Hornet players are even registered to vote? I saw that about 20% of all NBA players were registered.

Excellent point. I hadn’t thought of that. Why else would they sacrifice their beloved indoctrination centers. There is suddenly a more urgent cause. The election. THEN, they can get back to the brainwashing.

If Biden is elected, top players will be paying about 60% of their income in income taxes.

The way to deal with angry black hornets is to spray the nest with insectacide and swat down all that escape.

Politicized jocks need to be exterminated

They should be honest with their desires and post “Swarm the polls and vote against Trump.”

No. Just the opposite. Research shows that the big boost in student voting, 2008, 2016, 2018 came precisely because of campus organizing and mobilization. This knocked student voting up to 40%.

Sitting at him, they are far LESS likely to vote according to historical trends. I calculate they will be down a minimum of 30% nationwide-—far higher in CA where both the U Cal and Cal-State systems are 100% shut, as are Pomona and USC, or Michigan State, which will affect the MI race.

This is very, very good news for us.

No, just the opposite. They screwed up huge. By closing the universities they lost their organizing and mobilization edge.

Historical turnout shows that students NOT on campus vote at MUCH lower levels without the DemoKKKrat operatives and peer pressure to go line up to vote.

They’ll be down a minimum of 30% nationally, though I think in key areas they may be down more than 50% from their 2018 levels. And believe me, they are worried about it.

With PDJT taking the lead in NC, this move, I hope, could backfire.

Charlotte Hornets? Are they the same as the Murder Hornets we’ve threatened with for several months?
