I blame the "intowners." The locals, those who had businesses, those who owned the buildings. For not defending them. Every building should have had one or more people in front of it with a weapon ready to defend it. This was your life. This was your livelihood.

It looks to me like racist governors and mayors conspired to use paid thugs
to burn down black communities in an effort to get said communities to vote
against the conservatives that have been trying to help those communities
for years.
