The only systemic racism that I know of favors blacks, not whites. It’ call Affirmative Action. Are there others?

Listened to the whole thing. I agree with his standing up for the scientific method. But I mainly agree with his standing up for the individual, not putting people in a class or group. What his lab managers really want is for the individual to be subservient to the Borg. That's pretty much the same thing that the socialists want.
