Fox News host Tucker Carlson said a tape-recorded conversation between CNN host Chris Cuomo and former Trump lawyer Michael Cohen reveals a different side to the network host.
Copies of the tape have been "floating around" for a time but haven't been reported on publicly, he said Friday. The Fox host added that he intends to share the details of the tape at some point between Aug. 31 and Sept. 4.
I watched his show the night he announced it. My mother and I both thought he was going to release that night. Surprised he did not. I wonder if we was going to, but was pressured to not do it?
My guess is talk about women.
This tape was known about 2 years ago, reportedly “confirmed” certain Cohen statements about Trump- but gee whiz, no one ever quoted from the tape or released it before. Should be interesting.
I’ll repeat my theory about Chris Cuomo that he engages in some weird stuff, because I don’t think he just wandered accidentally into his wife’s public yoga video - buck ass naked. I think he did it on purpose.
Apparently he and Cohen are pals.
OK, I’ll cut Tucker some slack. We’ll see if he delivers the goods next week.
But it also allows their legal department 50 different reasons not to air it if they know it’s coming.
The only thing that would shock me is if Fredo comes out as a Trump supporter.
IIRC, Tucker said Cuomo is not who he appears to be or claims to be on his show.

As I mentioned on another thread, I’m intrigued by Tucker’s comment that Cuomo is “not who you think he is.” I happen to think that Fredo is an entitled a—hole, so I am indeed going to be surprised if we discover him to be something other than that.
Michael Cohen has a smear book coming out soon about the President.
Maybe Fredo and Cohen had a plot to make up sleazy stuff for the book and someone recorded the details. That would be a fantastic revelation.

I usually agree with this.
But in some cases, a partial story can cause a scoundrel to try to spin the story with another falsehood that confirms he is a liar.
The Clinton affair with Monica comes to mind. BillieBoy never thought there would be a stained dress with a positive DNA test to PROVE him wrong in his denials. He and Hillary always assumed they could go with the “Vast Right-wing conspiracy” defense and destroy Monica and Tripp if necessary, and most all of their supporters would side with them since it would only be a he said/she said story.
That was my guess ... I hope for more, but I bet it’s Cuomo saying essentiall ‘I play a theatrical part, say and do what I’m told, I don’t dislike Trump at all, I don’t really believe what I say I believe, it’s all an act for CNN and the left, and I make a lot of money doing it.’
