Then you would know that Indian resumes typically list tons of skills that they don't possess even close to the level they say they do.
You would also know that one has to be very careful while doing a remote interview with an Indian - as they'll oftentimes have somebody on the side who will seek to feed them answers to your questions.
You would also know that Indians are extremely homogeneous, and will typically give all opportunities to other Indians if placed in a position of power to do so.
Or...you could just be blowing smoke...
Or you could just be poor at building relationships and judging good employees versus bad ones...
Not all providers are the same.
