John Durham investigators interview John Brennan for 8 hours at CIA headquarters

By Eric Tucker - Associated Press - Updated: 9:51 p.m. on Friday, August 21, 2020 WASHINGTON — Former CIA Director John Brennan was interviewed Friday by U.S. Attorney John Durham’s team as part of its inquiry into the investigators and intelligence officials behind the 2016 Russia election interference probe.
The interview took place at CIA headquarters and lasted for eight hours, said Nick Shapiro, Brennan’s former deputy chief of staff and senior adviser.
“Brennan was informed by Mr. Durham that he is not a subject or a target of a criminal investigation and that he is only a witness to events that are under review,” Shapiro said in a statement.

I like that idea too. It was a military tribunal overseen by Judge Advocate General Joseph Holt, that found the Lincoln assassination conspirators guilty.

He was told he’s not a target and per John Solomon the other people are giving voluntary interviews only because their lawyers were assured their client is in no jeopardy of being indicted.
Solomon said that he doesn’t expect any more indictments out of Durham,

But if he’s not a target it could lead to all third tier little fish, smaller than minnows, getting light sentences while the huge fish go free.
