(CNN)President Donald Trump is calling on his followers to not buy Goodyear tires and threatening to remove them from his custom presidential limousine, despite previously railing against "cancel culture," after an employee posted a viral photo of a company policy banning "Make America Great Again" and other political attire in the workplace.
"Don't buy GOODYEAR TIRES - They announced a BAN ON MAGA HATS. Get better tires for far less! (This is what the Radical Left Democrats do. Two can play the same game, and we have to start playing it now!)," he tweeted Wednesday morning.

Tried to message investor relations and twice the form would accept messages. Imagine that..
I’ll try calling later, they need to hear from angry customers and investors.
“I just ordered new Goodyear tires Tuesday, and theres a 100 deposit I forfeit if I cancel the order.”
If you were TRULY down for the cause, you’d stack them in front of your local DNC office and set them on fire.
Otherwise, just mount them, get as many miles out of them as you can...and buy Michelin next time.
Yes, you are right, but in the end, even if he did that AND didn’t mention MAGA hats specifically, they still would have reported as such as he was saying this because MAGA hats were in the post. He can’t win for losing.
As a personal matter, one should never discuss politics in the office. My experience over the last 3 decades is that conservatives generally don’t but the left always has with impunity. This has probably led to the current situation b/c as you see, only leftist politics (homo- stuff, blm, reverse prejudice, etc) has been institutionalized in large companies in a vacuum with no “competition”. The left should have been shut down long ago in the office. Their politics is really a religion.
You’re right about the office. It was my experience too. I reached the conclusion they believe they are jacked into special knowledge of truth and must evangelize it. In truth, they are jacked into a bunch of BS.
Have Goodyear Eagles on one of our vehicles. I was not aware at the time i bought them that they were made in china.
Two requirements for replacement tires when the time comes:
1. Not goodyears.
2. Not made in china.
There are plenty of good (and better) alternatives available.
