Spiro contacted the Portage County Sheriff’s Office and they confirmed Millie Weaver is in their custody. They also confirmed that she was served a secret indictment.
The charges Mrs. Weaver faces are tampering with evidence, obstruction of justice and domestic violence. The Sheriff’s Office also confirmed she is being held without bond and will remain in custody over the weekend until she appears before a judge on Monday morning.

That’s just crazy. She is trying to PRESENT evidence, and STOP obstruction of Justice, and what the heck ....domestic violence?!?!?
The first two charges would pretty much require that she was involved in a prior related legal case, and the third would be minor local charges if there was any truth to them, not some Federal Grand Jury’s purview.
