Montanans cherish their freedoms. It would be ironic if Montanans provide the deciding votes that kill the Second Amendment and Americans’ right to defend themselves and their families.

Ultimately, private gun owners will determine the future of gun ownership in America.

Rich liberals from the coast are buying land out on Montana and Wyoming in droves and turning those states blue.

I read Montana will be blue in a few more years.

I am confused. I though the Constitution would have to be amended. That process as outlined in the Constitution is much more involved than the an executive order by the tyrant in the White House or the Senate doing away with the filibuster. Then again does the Constitution mean anything anymore?

I was thinking along the same lines. Just because it’s illegal doesn’t mean they won’t exist. If that were the case there would be no illegal immigrants.

“Ultimately, private gun owners will determine the future of gun ownership in America.”

So very true.

Remember, a government that has disarmed its citizens can do ANYTHING it wants to those citizens.

CA and others are done without one more conservative justice to offset Roberts. If DJT loses, CA won’t be able to hire enough clerks to write all their new gun laws.

Remember when Republicans controlled the Presidency, House, and Senate, and with this the unfettered opportunity to roll back decades of gun laws forced on us by liberals while shoring up the rights gun owners currently enjoyed?

Instead, gun owners were thanked for their unwavering and loyal support with a bumpstock ban.

Maybe, but they’ll still vote for the Dem’s because they know the Dem’s will never take away any of their freedoms. They’ll just make sure the Republican’s and Conservatives aren’t running anything. Other than that, all they do is spread fairy dust to make everything alright.

As for Montana, any state that has Tester and that moron Governor, gets what they elect. Montana is becoming like so many other states. Definitely a Conservative leaning place. But then you have the liberals infesting any place they can and ruining it. No different anywhere except maybe a state or two in the Northeast.

Unfortunately, this election has a lot more riding on it than just the 2nd Amendment. It’s for all the marbles, as everyone on here knows.

Personally, I’ve come to grips with the fact that there is no common ground with the Left anymore. Might as well break up the country, let folks move to where they’re most comfortable and let the Left live in their utopias, whatever coast they choose.

Our county sheriff during the Obozo years sent a letter to all the folks in Montgomery county Texas assuring citizens under his watch there would be no gun confiscation or draconian 2nd amendment stripping enforcement.

God bless Texas!

They don’t have to amend the Constitution. They can just regulate the industry out of existence. Pass another “assault weapons ban” and/or ban anything else they want and they’ll effectively eliminate the 2A.

Only thing that would stop them is a Governor or Governors standing together and saying, NOPE.

Then we’ll see just how fast and eager the Left is to use their “troops” to bring those states to their knees and how many are willing to serve their masters in that capacity. I think they’ll be a lot more than anyone would like to think.

Lincoln suspended the Habeas Corpus section of the Constitution during the War of Southern Succession from the Union; so could Biden suspend the 2nd. Amendment?

Don’t disagree with anything you just said.

Being 67, I just thank God I grew up in this Country when I did.

Never thought I would see the day where these Leftist types would amass such a following, but here we are. People dismissing their rise to power are in for a rude awakening.

Remember, Orwell’s Novels were written as Fiction. They should be reclassified for what they are, the reality of the future.

“Montanans cherish their freedoms. “

They mustn’t cherish their freedoms all that much...they’ve elected a democrat governor and senator.

“This election will determine future of private gun ownership in US”

Correction:

This election will determine future of LEGAL private gun ownership in US.

NO ONE is giving up their guns! Just ammunition, one round at a time.
