I am confused. I though the Constitution would have to be amended. That process as outlined in the Constitution is much more involved than the an executive order by the tyrant in the White House or the Senate doing away with the filibuster. Then again does the Constitution mean anything anymore?
They don’t have to amend the Constitution. They can just regulate the industry out of existence. Pass another “assault weapons ban” and/or ban anything else they want and they’ll effectively eliminate the 2A.
Only thing that would stop them is a Governor or Governors standing together and saying, NOPE.
Then we’ll see just how fast and eager the Left is to use their “troops” to bring those states to their knees and how many are willing to serve their masters in that capacity. I think they’ll be a lot more than anyone would like to think.

I do not believe you can logically amend the bill of rights, but we’re talking about a government that can find a right to abortion plainly spelled out in the constitution, but can’t find a right to keep and bear arms no matter how hard they look.
